Noh nht M'Ruts was commissioned for Convergence VII, 1994, Providence RI, and installed at Roger Williams Zoo. A procession of animal masks high on poles lead to a ceremonial dais where a Royal Family greeted visitors. The entire installation was made of found objects, recycled wood, shiny doodads and bits of colored string. It announced to those arriving at the Zoo, now you are entering another land with exotic animals and dreams of adventure.
